Leadership development at SJS is a valuable opportunity for students to develop essential skills and qualities that will serve them throughout their lives. Through highly active student groups, including Student Council, Care Reps, Environmental Reps and House Captains, SJS nurtures and encourages students to embrace leadership roles and responsibilities.
These initiatives focus on instilling traits such as effective communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and decision-making.
